01Using this website
You may read, share and link to this website. Please don’t copy its design, text or images to present them as your own, and don’t try to break, overload or misuse it or its forms.
02Before a project starts
Every project starts with a free call and a written proposal. The proposal lists the scope, timeline, price, milestones and who owns what. Work starts only after you accept it. If anything in the proposal differs from these terms, the proposal wins.
03Prices and payment
Prices are fixed for the agreed scope. Payment is split into milestones, usually 40% to start, 30% midway and 30% at the end. Each milestone is paid before the next stage begins. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, AI usage, paid tools, ad spend and payment fees are paid by you, directly where possible.
04Changes
New ideas are welcome. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted in writing first, and only done after you approve the price and the effect on the timeline.
05Your part
You provide content, logins and feedback on time, and you confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and data you give me. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
06Ownership
Your domain, hosting, ad accounts and data stay in your name. After full payment you own the delivered website or system for your business. Full source code ownership is available when the proposal includes it. I may reuse my general tools and know-how, but never your private data.
07Confidentiality
I keep your business information private. A separate NDA is available on request.
08Testing and fixes
Everything is tested on desktop and phone before launch. Bugs found within the period stated in your proposal are fixed at no extra cost. Ongoing updates, backups and changes are available as a monthly care plan.
09Results
SEO, ads and marketing depend on many things outside anyone’s control, such as search engines, ad platforms and your market. I promise careful, honest work and clear reports, not specific rankings, sales or revenue.
10Cancelling
Either side may stop a project by written notice. You pay for the milestones completed and the work done in the current milestone, and you receive that work.
11Liability
I’m responsible for doing the agreed work with care. I’m not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, hosting or platform outages, or changes made by others. My total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12Privacy
How this website handles personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
13Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Signed proposals keep the terms that applied when they were accepted.
